The club only became aware this afternoon of an attempt to wind up the company and since then the appropriate action has been taken to ensure that this does not happen.
I am aware of no contractual relationship with the company involved and have no knowledge of any previous communications from that company. In these circumstances it appears as though the wrong party is being pursued.
In any event the appropriate legal action is underway to protect the club’s position and ensure its future. Our determination to come through these challenging times stronger is undiminished, no matter what adversity we face.
