In association with the Deaf Network Cultural Centre and the Scottish Deaf Football Association, the stadium is hosting two deaf internationals between Scotland and France as follows –
Friday 14th October, kick off 7pm
Scotland u21 v France u21, u21 Deaf Football Association International Friendly
Saturday 15th October, kick off 2pm
Scotland v France, Deaf Football Association International friendly
Admission £2 for each, u15s free
Deaf Network Cultural Centre (DNCC) are hosting the French National Deaf
Team in a long awaited football challenge match.
The Scottish Deaf Team have been training hard at the new Superseal
Stadium, home of Hamilton Accies, and the challenge cup will be won and
lost on Saturday 15th October at 2pm.
On the Friday night 14th October there will be an under 21 game
showcasing the new talent coming through in both the French and Scottish
It is great to see Charities such as Deaf Network being proactive in
bringing these events to Scotland as the Scottish Deaf Community has
little or no exposure to these types of events.
Deaf Network also encourages young Deaf to get involved in sport and in
conjunction with Hamilton Accies’ open doors policy, holds weekly
training and coaching on a Sunday for the young Deaf and their hearing
