Hamilton Academical are delighted to announce the signing of defender Aaron Comrie until the summer of 2028, subject to SFA approval.
The experienced full-back arrives at New Douglas Park having built an impressive reputation across Scottish football with St Johnstone, Montrose, Peterhead and most notibly Dunfermline Athletic.
After joining Dunfermline in 2019, Comrie became one of the club’s most consistent performers, making more than 200 appearances in all competitions and helping the Pars secure the Scottish League One title in 2022/23. He finished his spell at East End Park with 212 appearances and eight goals for the club.
Across his senior career, Comrie has made more than 260 appearances, bringing a wealth of experience, leadership and defensive quality to the Accies squad.
Now 29, the right-back joins Hamilton as the club continues preparations for the season ahead and adds proven Championship and League One experience to the dressing room.
