Marley Redfern’s injury against Thistle isn’t as serious as first feared but he is still a doubt for the match.
Head Coach Stuart Taylor said: “Scotty Martin is on his way back, Shaun Want is close to training, Fults (Ryan Fulton) is back training and Adam McGowan is back in training.
“I would say the squad is looking stronger but now it’s about getting the boys minutes on the pitch.”
David Moyo is on international duty.
New signing Kai Kennedy will be part of the squad.
LAST TIME OUT
It has only been a few weeks since Accies last faced Dunfermline as they visited New Douglas Park at the start of December and Accies picked up the three points after a 1-0 win.
David Moyo’s penalty gave his side the winner in the second half of that one.
The last time Accies travelled to Dunfermline and East End Park the match ended in a 0-0 draw.
Accies come into this match in good form
Stuart Taylor’s side have only lost one match in the last six – winning three and drawing two with nine goals netted in the last four games.
Stuart Taylor has insisted his focus is on continuing the run of positive results for his Accies side.
He said: “We’ve done really well and we just need to keep our run going. We’ve been creative and aggressive on the ball and we have created a lot of chances and scored a few goals. It’s been really good and it’s pleasing that goals are coming from different areas of the pitch and it’s not just the same players we are relying on.
“We go into the game confident but we know it’s going to be a really tough game.”
