Hamilton Academical FC is delighted to announce the season-long loan signing of Josh Mullin.

The winger joins us from Livingston FC where he made 109 appearances and scored 13 goals.

Previously at Ross County, he won the Championship in the 2018-19 season before spending the next two years in the top flight.

A youth player at Celtic and Rangers, his first appearance in senior football came with Albion Rovers – where he won the League Two title. He joined Livingston in February 2016, winning League One the next season, before his move north.

The 28-year-old goes straight into the squad for Saturday’s match against Greenock Morton.

Head Coach Brian Rice said: “Josh is a real coup for the club.

“We were looking to strengthen at the sharp end of the park and we’ve done just that with this signing.”

Speaking exclusively to the club’s website, Josh said: “This is a great club to join with real ambitions this season.

“It’s a young squad so I’m looking forward to being able to help and mentor some of the younger lads.”

The deal includes a recall option in January.

The club would like to thank Livingston for their help in bringing Josh to Hamilton Academical FC.
