Steven Bradley has signed a new contract that will extend his stay with Hamilton Academical Football Club until 31 May 2027.
The 23 year old winger joined in the summer of 2024 following his departure from Livingston FC and went on to make 41 appearances this season across all competitions.
Most notably, Stevie scored an impressive double in our 2-1 win over Queen’s Park at New Douglas Park which included a wonderful free kick, cementing him a place in the SPFL Team Of The Week.
Stevie said: “I am buzzing to have signed a new contract with the club. Given my relationship with the manager, the players and the fans there was nowhere else I wanted to play football this season. There is no doubt that there has been ups and downs, but I am determined to play my part and get Accies back in the Championship as soon as possible.
“I had some good moments last year but I’m always aiming to improve week-on-week and I’m really looking forward to building on what we were working on as a team last season.”
Speaking on the contract extension, Gerry Strain said: “We are wholly committed to the vision that we have for the club and it’s future, both in footballing terms and operationally. Signing Steven on an additional 12 month term beyond his current contract expiry is in line with this vision and we are delighted that Steven has shown the faith and commitment to Accies, and our vision.”
