The Club is pleased to confirm that the transfer embargo imposed by the SPFL and the SFA, relating to previous rule breaches, has now been formally lifted.
We can also confirm that the embargo imposed by FIFA, which related to compliance matters arising from previous ownership, has been fully rectified and the sanction has now been removed.
This marks an important step forward for the Club as we continue to build for the future both on and off the pitch. We would like to place on record our thanks to the SPFL and the SFA for their cooperation and assistance throughout this process.
